What is the ACYC?

The Abbotsford Child and Youth Committee (ACYC) is a group of community partners, including service providers and family members, that are dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and families in Abbotsford.

Interdependence and collaboration are our greatest strengths. By working together we are able to better meet needs of our community. We hope to spur one another on to initiate positive change and accomplish that change through team work and mutual support.

We meet every two months between September and June of each year.

We are passionate about partnering together to make difference in our community!

The Purposes of the ACYC include:

  • Encourge connections, relationships, and communication between agencies, service providers and other stakeholders.
  • Share information about activities/events/programs
  • Share current and changing trends
