Autumn House

Youth Resource Centre - Archway Community Services

Autumn House is a housing program for youth 16-18 years old. Ministry referrals only.

Program Information

Autumn House residents live in their own apartments and are supported by an outreach worker, who helps with the development of independent living and personal management skills. Youth learn how to be good tenants and neighbours and the skills involved in running their own household. In addition support for employment and education is offered. An onsite mentor or emergency support person is also available.

Youth learn skills and have to demonstrate skills as outlined in the Autumn House curriculum. Once youth have demonstrated skills in all areas, they move out into the community on their own.
