Youth Resource Centre offers a variety of groups for parents of teens in different formats, such as ongoing group, drop in or workshop style.
Program Information
Parenting teenagers is hard, especially in today's world and frequently parents are looking for support to make it through these difficult teenage years. An 8 week Parent of Teen group offers support, tools and strategies for parenting this age group. Women's Wellness is a group that fits for moms who are experiencing burnout and the impact of living in a high stress environment. Once a month we have a mom's drop in group and once a month a dad's drop in group, the agenda for these drop in groups is entirely set by the group.
