Street Outreach supports youth who are homeless and/or street involved.
Program Information
Youth will be supported as they attempt to leave street involvement and homelessness. The focus is on addressing basic and safety needs such as help to find food, shelter or medical attention. Youth are supported in reconnecting with their families or other healthy adults in their lives and in accessing services.
Referrals are taking from the community and youth and parents themselves.
