Tech Club

West Abbotsford Community School

Our tech club takes a whole new approach to technology. The program will run for the whole school year and will focus on exposing students to the many different fields that use computers. Students will have an opportunity to build games, animations, websites, and much more.

Program Information

Game Designers Club focuses on teaching problem solving, introduction to computer programming, and connects math with real applications. Students in this program will learn how to create video games from scratch. They will learn the principles of good game design, character design, story design and level design. Students will have notes and a USB to take home.

Our tech club takes a whole new approach to technology. The program will run for the whole school year and will focus on exposing students to the many different fields that use computers. The program is recommended for those students only who excel at math and/or science, and have the ability to focus for extended periods of time.
